Dr. Raeisi is a guest of the Qatari government and was warmly welcomed by the Emir of Qatar. Iran-Qatar relations are rooted in the public and public sectors and are based on common interests.

He added:

Strengthening relations with neighbors, especially Arab countries, is a key priority in Iranian politics.

The Foreign Minister noted:

Our hands are open to our neighbors.
