MojNThe President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Ibrahim Raisi, left for this country this Monday morning at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar.

During the visit, the President will meet with the Emir of Qatar, Hamad bin Tamim, and then the high-level delegations of the two countries, chaired by the President of our country and the Emir of Qatar, will hold a meeting.

After the meeting of the high-level delegations of the two countries, several agreements and memorandums of cooperation will be signed between the officials of the two countries, and the President will have separate meetings with Iranians living in Qatar as well as Qatari and Iranian businessmen.

On the second day of his visit, Ayatollah Ra'isi will address the sixth summit of the Assembly of Gas Exporting Countries.

The President will also meet with a number of heads of state and government officials present at the summit on the sidelines of the summit.

The head of the president's office, the ministers of foreign affairs, oil, energy, roads and urban development, and industry, mining and trade, will accompany Ayatollah Ra'isi on the trip.
