Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and "Dimitro Kulba" had a telephone conversation and in this telephone conversation, our Foreign Minister, while reiterating his opposition to any war and bloodshed, announced the presence of the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the resumption of the embassy in Kiev. He called for the full security of Iranian diplomats.
