MojNews-At least 10 people were reportedly killed in a shooting in The U.S. state of Ohio, local media reported on Sunday.

The Incident occurred in central Dayton, with police responding to an initial gunman, according to the Dayton Daily News newspaper.

Nine victims were killed in the shooting, reports said, with the lone suspect killed by local police.

At least 16 people were wounded in the incident.

Police are reportedly trying to determine the shooter's motive.

The violence in Ohio came hours after mass shooting in Texas which claimed 20 lives and injured dozens.
