Iran Fourth Crude Exporter to South Korea
The Islamic Republic of Iran has been the fourth greatest crude exporter to South Korea in July, Middle East Economic Survey (MEES) reported.
South Korea's total crude oil imports in July 2009 stood at 2.1 million barrels per day showing 8.7 percent growth over the same period last year.
Based on the report, Iran's crude oil exports to South Korea reached 157,000 barrels per day in July 2009.
Saudi Arabia exported 643,000 barrels of crude per day being the greatest crude exporter to South Korea.
United Arab Emirates exported 365,000 bpd to South Korea.
South Korea's total crude imports from the Middle East reached 1.8 million bpd in July 2009 showing 14.7 percent fall over the same period last year.
